The FTS1100 Series OTDR is a technological achievement of OPWILL with over a decade of expertise in the optical industry. As the brand's new-generation high-performance intelligent Optical Time Domain Reflectometer, it is fully compatible with single-mode and multi-mode optical fibers. It delivers accurate fiber attenuation measurement and link fault location, catering to various optical cable operation and maintenance requirements. Equipped with self-developed Intelligent Optical Eye technology and dual-end test mode, it features an ultra-low event dead zone of 0.6m and a measurement dead zone of 1m, with a minimum sampling resolution of 3cm for superior positioning accuracy. Boasting a maximum dynamic range of 50dB, it supports tests for both single-mode and multi-mode fibers, covering short-range and long-haul backbone optical cables.
It supports one-click automatic testing, graphical result display and remote link management. Capable of meeting all on-site operation, maintenance and troubleshooting needs, it serves as an essential testing tool for the maintenance of backbone optical networks.

Module Features
- The full-featured OTDR supports testing on new G.654E optical fibers and is compatible with conventional single-mode and multi-mode cables. It accurately locates fiber connectors, joints and fusion splices, and measures insertion loss precisely, fully meeting the requirements of link acceptance, routine operation and maintenance.
- Integrates six functions including topology analysis, network test tools, fiber endface inspection, VFL, optical light source and optical power meter for all-in-one operation.
- Integrated four wavelengths of 850/1300/1310/1550 nm for single-mode and multi-mode fibers, with a maximum dynamic range of 50 dB.
- Supports in-service testing at 1490/1625/1650 nm and works through 1:128 optical splitters.
- Features 1 m event dead zone and 5 m attenuation dead zone, with up to 256,000 sampling points to ensure high accuracy for both short and long fiber links.
- Ultra-high sampling resolution of 1.5 cm, paired with dual marker lines for precise positioning of joints, splices and abnormal loss points.
- Adopts one-click intelligent test and automatic trace diagnosis; dual marker lines enable quick measurement of distance and attenuation.
- Compliant with Telcordia GR-196, SR-4731 standards and .sor file format for excellent compatibility.
- Matched with PC offline analysis software to support data parsing, report generation, printing and archiving.
